Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-05
These terms govern your use of Notion Widgets, operated by [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. By connecting a Notion workspace you accept them.
The service
- Notion Widgets renders read-only views of Notion databases you choose, as pages you can embed in Notion.
- We only ever read from Notion. The service never writes to, modifies, or deletes anything in your workspace.
- It is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee.
Your responsibilities
- Share only the Notion databases you intend to expose. Anyone who has a widget URL and its PIN can read that widget's data.
- Choose a PIN that is not trivially guessable, and treat widget URLs as sensitive.
- Do not use the service to process data you are not entitled to share, or in violation of Notion's own terms.
- You are responsible for what you embed and where you embed it.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to access widgets, workspaces or accounts that are not yours.
- No automated abuse: scraping, brute-forcing PINs, or load that degrades the service for others. We rate-limit and will suspend accounts that do this.
- No unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
Notion
- Notion is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc. This service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc.
- Your use of Notion remains governed by your agreement with them. If Notion changes or withdraws API access, parts of this service may stop working.
Termination
- You may disconnect a workspace or delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or where required by law.
Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data arising from your use of the service.
- These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION].
